A joint research team from the University of Anbar and Malaysian, Emirati and Iraqi universities completes a scientific study published in a solid scientific journal

A joint research team from the Upper Euphrates Basin Developing Centre - University of Anbar and Malaysian, Emirati and Iraqi universities has completed a scientific study and is publishing a research about it in a scientific journal classified within the Clarivate Scientific Publishing database (Q1), the study was:
(Data-driven water quality prediction for wastewater treatment plants)
The team that completed the study included researchers from the Upper Euphrates Basin Developing Centre – University of Anbar, namely Dr. Haitham Abdul Mohsen Afen, Prof. Dr. Ammar Hatem Kamel, Director of the Centre, And the engineer Saif Saad Mansour, in addition to researchers from the University of (UKM) Malaysia, the National Centre for Water and Energy, and the United Arab Emirates University from the United Arab Emirates, with a researcher from the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity, and Future University.
The research is published in the journal Heliyon indexed within the Clarivate first quartile with an impact factor = 3.4.
The research deals with the subject of monitoring and evaluating wastewater treatment plants and water treatment efficiency using artificial intelligence techniques, and the research also comes within the new research lines at the centre (artificial intelligence techniques and applications in water resources management), and in implementation of the university's strategic plans and the centre within Vision 2030 to achieve sustainable development goals.
