Panel Discussion Entitled: Recent Studies on Acid Rain

Within the program of the Scientific Committee and in continuation of the scientific activities held by the Upper Euphrates Basin Developing Centre at the University of Anbar within the centre’s plan to develop the skills of scientific research and sober international publishing for newly appointed researchers, in which researchers are invited to see a group of research in a specific discipline and come out of it with a research abstract, and then complete a review research in conjunction with researchers with experience in scientific publishing, the researcher will deliver a panel discussion on this topic in the presence of the Chairman and members of the Scientific Committee in Centre.

A panel discussion on: (Recent Studies on Acid Rain), by the assistant instructor (Asmaa Majed Hamed), was held on Monday, 4/11/2024, which included a definition of acid rain, its causes, the most important polluting gases caused by these rains, the countries that record the highest pollution values, and what are the solutions to control the percentage of polluting gases that cause acid rain around the world.
