The twelfth issue of the bulletin (Nama’a) has been released

The Human Resources Development Department at the Upper Euphrates Center for Sustainable Development Research – University of Anbar issued the twelfth issue of the guidance bulletin (Nama’a) for December 2025. It is an awareness bulletin that deals with various fields of sustainable development (human, social, economic and environmental), and aims to promote awareness and develop knowledge through interaction between different disciplines, in a way that contributes to achieving the targets of sustainable development.

The issue included a variety of scientific and cultural topics, as follows:

• Fossil fuels in the struggle against global warming
• Heat: A historical icon
• Environmental concepts
• Facts and figures (animal husbandry).
• A landmark advisory opinion from the International Court of Justice on climate disasters
• Agricultural practices for December

This bulletin is part of the department's plan to raise awareness of the Sustainable Development targets and develop human capabilities, thereby enhancing the importance of knowledge as an effective tool in the comprehensive development process.

On this occasion, the department invites all researchers and specialists in various fields to contribute to future issues of the newsletter by submitting topics, ideas, and scientific innovations that support research and academic activity and serve the University of Anbar in achieving its scientific and developmental mission.
