The Upper Euphrates Development Center Concludes a Course: Design Fundamentals Using AutoCAD

The Human Resources Development Department at the Upper Euphrates Development Center for Sustainable Development Research, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center at University of Anbar, finished the specialized training course entitled: (Design Fundamentals Using AutoCAD) on Sunday, April 19, 2026, in the center's main hall. The course aimed to develop the engineering and technical skills of university staff.
The course featured an intensive training program that lasted several days, presented by a select group of academics and qualified trainers, including:
- Instructor Dr. Ahmed Adnan Saeed / Department of Construction and Projects
- Assistant Instructor Saif Saad Mansour / Upper Euphrates Development Center for Sustainable Development Research
- Assistant Instructor Mohammed Hussein Mahmoud/Medical Engineering Research Center
The course focused on equipping participants with the fundamental tools for 2D drawing and how to work with engineering plans with high precision. This contributes to enhancing the efficiency of technical and administrative staff in completing university and development projects.
More than 30 participants from various university departments attended the course and demonstrated significant engagement with the presented scientific and practical material. The course concluded with a final exam for participants on Tuesday in the center's hall. This exam assessed the participants' understanding and determined their level of proficiency in the skills they learned before granting them university approval for participation.
This activity is part of a series of events organized by the Upper Euphrates Development Center to enhance the capabilities of academic and professional staff, serving the goals of sustainable development through the application of modern software in engineering and research work.
