Blessing of the meeting minutes

Mr. president of Anbar university Mr. Khalid Batal Najim blessed minutes of the meeting of administrative council of the Center which held on Sunday, October 22nd , 2017 at the headquarter of Dams and Water Resources department, he also support the recommendation of this meeting.
The meeting minutes
The Administrative council of HEBDC held its third session at 10 am on Sunday, October 15th ,2017 at the Department of Dams Engineering and Water Resources headed by the Director of the Center and the attendance of the members of the Council.
The following issues were discussed:
1 - Listen to the most important problems experienced by the irrigation sector in Anbar province by the Director of water resources in the province.
2 - Open to the Directorate of Anbar Agriculture and cooperation in the preparation of development studies for the Upper Euphrates.
3 - Discussion of the proposed alternative site for the Center until the establishment of a building of its own in the future.
4- Discuss cooperation with the Directorate of Science and Technology in Anbar in the common areas that contribute to the development of the Upper Euphrates Basin, and the possibility of operating the Center's laboratories at the University and the research terminal station in Haditha.
5 - Cooperation with the Environment Directorate of Anbar because of the importance of the environment in different aspects of life.
The President of the University endorsed the recommendations of the minutes. His Excellency proposed to adopt a research plan for the human and industrial development of the cities of the Upper Euphrates basin.
