Invitation to the Upper Euphrates Basin Development Center (UEBDC) to participate in an international scientific conference in Italy

Professor Dr. Ammar Hatem Kamel, Director of the UEBDC, received an invitation letter to participate and submit a scientific lecture at the Second International Conference on Sustainability and Renewable Energy, which is scheduled to be held by albedo in Rome from March 13-15, 2023.
