The Impact of Legislative Omissions on Sustainable Development in Iraq

The two researchers, Dr. Ahmed Odeh Mohammed, Director of the Department of Legal Affairs at the Presidency of the University of Anbar, and Dr. Abed Rzaij Aswad from the College of Law and Political Science at the University of Anbar, published their research: ((The impact of legislative omissions on sustainable development in Iraq)) in the Journal of Canons for Legal Studies, which has the American indexing ((Gradscoupe)), which means the sobriety of this journal at the international level.
The research represents one of the main themes that were raised and discussed in the symposium held by the Upper Euphrates Basin Developing Centre on 24/5/2022 in cooperation with the College of Law and Political Science, the Strategic Studies Centre and the Department of Legal Affairs, where the idea submitted through the Centre’s emphasis on the subject of legal legislation and its call to lawyers to support legal legislation to achieve the goals of sustainable development.
All the success of the researchers is hoping that they will continue to cooperate in this important field to support the achievement of the goals of sustainable development in Iraq, which is the most important goal of our research centre and the achievement of the vision of the University of Anbar for sustainable development 2030.
