Haditha terminal station completes the preparation of the plastic house for research and studies

The staff of the terminal station- Haditha, affiliated to the Upper Euphrates Basin Developing Centre, completed the plastic green house in the station in preparation for the completion of agricultural experiments and studies within the station's plan to expand research and studies on sustainability, develop natural resources in the region and support the database of these resources, which constitutes an important data source for postgraduate students and researchers in various agricultural, scientific and economic disciplines, in addition to being a field and field laboratory for students and professors of the College of Basic Education in Haditha, which includes the Department of Science in implementation according to the directives of the Presidency of the University to support cooperation, research and studies between the colleges of the university and its research centres.
Engineer Juma'a Mohammed Ahmed, in charge of terminal station, said that the station has prepared an integrated plan, and based on the directives of the University Presidency and the centre's development plans to activate the role of the station to be a field laboratory completion of qualitative studies and research in the field of sustainable development and the provision of all necessary requirements, including the provision of integrated housing with the necessary equipment to complete any study in the region, especially research and studies related to the need for the presence of researchers for long periods or monitoring floods and rainwater flow that need to be established for long periods for researchers and postgraduate students coming from Iraqi universities and other state institutions to enhance the role of the university in community service at the level of Iraq and Anbar Governorate.
