Upper Euphrates Basin Developing Centre - University of Anbar announced the weather forecast for the next three days, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Jassam Mekhlif, a climate expert in the Natural Resources Development Department at the Centre, stated that there is a state of atmospheric instability and rainfall starting from Tuesday 9-1-2024 with the effect of the medium-effective Mediterranean air depression, and the beginning of its entry on Tuesday evening begins to raise it on the northern sections of Iraq, and rain and snow fall, especially on the mountainous heights (snow accumulation) As for the province of Anbar, its impact will be on Wednesday evening and rain will fall after the afternoon, then it includes Baghdad, Diyala and Karbala, while the southern section will have the effect of the depression on Thursday.
