The researcher instructor Dr. Emad Telfah Abdul Ghani from the Department of Planning and Databases at the Center for the Upper Euphrates Basin Developing received a letter of thanks and appreciation from Mr. President of University of Anbar Mr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Nada for publishing scientific manuscript in an Indian international journal in the Scopus database within the second quartile and its Hirsch (H index) index is 14 with site score of 3.9.
