Bacterial culture media and methods of preparation

In continuation of the course held by the Upper Euphrates Basin Developing Centre / Human Resources Development Department, which took place in cooperation with the Continuing Education Centre at the Presidency of University of Anbar, where the course entered today, Monday, 13/11/2023, its second day and tagged: (bacterial culture media and methods of preparation) where the practical part of it.
During this day, the practical side was taken, which included two stages, one of which is: the stage of presenting an educational video by Assistant Professor Dr. (Muthanna Badie Farhan) to prepare liquid media and another educational video on the preparation of solid media. As for the second stage of the practical side, it included the participants in the course going to the laboratory for the purpose of applying the practical part and training the participants on the stages of preparing the agricultural medium through the contribution of the participants to the course practically, and both Assistant Professor Dr. (Muthanna Badie Farhan), Assistant Professor Dr. (Hala Arshad Ali) and H. Researchers (Yasser Marei Nayef) contributed to training the participants for the practical part of the course and answering the participants' questions during the stages of the method of work to prepare the implant media.
