A training course entitled: (Some methods of using PCR technology in diagnosing pathological bacteria)

On Tuesday, 24-12-2024, in cooperation between the Upper Euphrates Centre for Sustainable Development and the Continuing Education Centre at University of Anbar, the course tagged: (Some methods of using PCR technology in diagnosing pathological bacteria) was concluded, which lasted for three days from 22 to 24/12/2024.
Assistant Professor Dr. Muthanna Badie Farhan lectured in the course (the theoretical part and the practical training part), through a video talking about the details of PCR technology, where the course dealt with introducing the trainees to the concept of PCR technology and the basic stages of its completion in its correct form, and then the lecturer addressed the various methods used in diagnosing bacteria, especially pathological bacteria, by identifying the qualitative target genes that help diagnose bacteria at the level of sex and gender, as well as the course included identifying the method of extracting bacteria Bacterial DNA, the process of electrical relay, and imaging of DNA beams using ultraviolet rays, and on a related level, the Instructor touched on the need for accuracy in dealing with additives of solutions and their concentrations and the negative consequences that may occur in the product of PCR technology.
At the end of the course, a written exam was held for the trainees.
