The Upper Euphrates Center for Sustainable Development Research at the University of Anbar announced the follow-up of meteorology for the upcoming rainy situation. Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Jassam Mekhlif, a meteorologist in the Department of Climate Meteorology at the center, said that through satellite follow-up, weather maps indicate that the integrated depression expected to pass over Iraq is surrounded by three air heights that make its movement slow as it appears in the maps. Very heavy rains have not passed through the country such a rainy situation in years.
Tips during the upcoming weather situation: It is necessary to take the necessary precautions:
· For farmers ... Do not water their crops during this period because the rainy situation will be an excess of water not only for the need of the plant, but runoff events may form.
· Beware of valleys and keep campers or cattle away from the stomachs of valleys.
· Take advantage of the water that will collect, store it and supply the lakes with it.
