The Department of Climate Meteorology at the Upper Euphrates Center for Sustainable Development Research at the University of Anbar announced that the effectiveness of the merged depression will be renewed at noon on Thursday.

Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Jassam Mekhlif, a climate expert and satellite meteorologist in the department, said that the second wave is expected to be more effective than the first. Its effect will continue until Wednesday, 12/3/2025. The effectiveness of the depression gradually decreases after Saturday.
