One of the members of Upper Euphrates Basin Development Center (UEBDC) Dr. Muneer Naji Ahmed has received a certificate of thanks and gratitude from the administration of the international scientific conference of modern technologies in agriculture which due to be held by college of Agriculture (University of Anbar) in cooperation with the college of Engineering and Agricultural Sciences (University of Salahaldine) in Erbil for his efforts in evaluating one of the conference scientific manuscripts.
