 It is worth mentioning that the Hirsch is the index of the usefulness level of the author's citation to measure both productivity and propagation impact based on publications for a scientist, researcher or author, and the measurement of the indicator can be built on an academic newspaper or by a group of scientists in the management, university or country, The index was proposed in 2005 by George Eduardo Hirsch, a physicist at the University of California - San Diego, and was used as a tool to determine the relative quality of theoretical physics. Sometimes it's called the Hirsch Index or the Hirsch number.
