Instructor Dr. Muneer Naji Ahmed, the Director of Natural Resources Department in the Upper Euphrates Basin Development Center (UEBDC) receives a number of quotes from his research product, which contributed to the increase in the value of the Hirsch (h-index) in the Scopus site to 1.0.

 It is worth mentioning that the Hirsch is the index of the usefulness level of the author's citation to measure both productivity and propagation impact based on publications for a scientist, researcher or author, and the measurement of the indicator can be built on an academic newspaper or by a group of scientists in the management, university or country, The index was proposed in 2005 by George Eduardo Hirsch, a physicist at the University of California - San Diego, and was used as a tool to determine the relative quality of theoretical physics. Sometimes it's called the Hirsch Index or the Hirsch number.
