Administrative work development

Today, Tuesday, June 29, 2021, the Director of the Upper Euphrates Basin Development Center, Professor Dr. Isam Mohamed Abdelhameed, delivered a seminar entitled: (Development of Administrative Work). The seminar was attended by the center’s personnel, including researchers and employees, and the most important discussions and talks in the seminar are summarized as follows:
1- Training, development, and rehabilitation.
2- Setting a daily, weekly, and monthly agenda.
3- Administrative practicing.
4- Considering the experience of others.
5- Continuous follow-up.
6- Belonging and devotion to the work institution.
7- Material and moral support.
8- Activating cooperation mechanisms.
9- Work contexts must be fixed.
10- Commitment to official timings.
11- Everyone participates in resolving any dispute facing the work march.
12- Presenting a weekly situation on the achievements of each department.
At the end of the seminar, the director of the center praised the interaction of the center's staff and the suggestions they presented, and appreciate their keenness to develop the administrative work in the service of our research center and our beloved university.
