Fulltime scientific work in sober foreign universities

Within the framework of the scientific program of the Upper Euphrates Basin Developing Center at the University of Anbar, a panel discussion was held on Sunday, 30/10/2022, which was submitted by Prof. Dr Isam Mohammed Abdulhameed, about; (Scientific timeout in sober foreign universities) at the meeting room of the centre.
The most important topics of this workshop are:
- Objectives of scientific timeout.
- Obstacles to scientific timeout.
- Proposals to lessen the obstacles to scientific timeout.
- Important factors in the success of the full-time in communicating his view.
The researcher also mentioned an example to be followed for scientific dedication through the scientific timeout he obtained in the State of Turkey, and its great positive effects through building trust between the University of Anbar and Turkish universities, in addition to preparing to agree with Turkish universities after obtaining the approval of the Presidency of the University and the Ministry in the future, which would contribute to the development of scientific and cultural relations between the University of Anbar and those universities.
Before the end of the workshop, the discussions were opened that enriched the value of the scientific workshop, especially since its topic was of great importance to all researchers.
