Distinguished Participation in an International Conference

Within the scientific activities of UEBDC with the startup of the first international and third local conference of biological sciences which was held by the College of Sciences – Department of Biology, at the University of Anbar, under the slogan of (Promising Thoughts and Visions of Biology Science) for the period 1-2 March, 2023. (Chief Researcher Assistant Mr. Yasser Marei Nayef), one of the researchers of the UEBDC, participated in the activities of the conference with his research tagged:

Isolation and molecular identification of Citrobacterfreundii from patients with urinary tract infection (UTI) in Al-Anbar-Iraq and studying the antibiotic resistance pattern and the antimicrobial activity of flaxseed oil

The research revolves around studying the effectiveness of flaxseed oil on bacteria in patients with urethritis and studying the distribution of antibiotic resistance genes, and the study proved that flaxseed is fixed for bacterial enzyme genes, and the study recommends the use of seed oil on other types of bacteria.

We wish the researcher and the scientific and preparatory committees of the conference all the best and success.
