In continuation of the approach followed by the Upper Euphrates Basin Developing Centre in holding workshops and seminars, on Tuesday, 11/21/2023, the seminar moderated by the assistant teacher (Abdul Karim Ali Abdullah), one of the researchers of our Centre, was entitled:
(Dealing with co-workers)
This seminar comes within the program of the Human Resources Development Department in the establishment of workshops and training courses for the development and development of skills, where the lecture dealt at the beginning with an introduction to the job and its impact on personality, and then the most important axes around which the topic of the lecture revolved, which were: (introduction - reasons for disagreement with colleagues - practical means that work to consolidate relations with co-workers - verbal conversations with co-workers), where the researcher provided a detailed explanation of each of these axes.
The workshop was attended by a large number of researchers from inside and outside the Centre and those interested in developing human development skills.
At the end of the lecture, the discussion was allowed, which enriched the value of the important lecture, which affects the lives of all workers in government and private departments.
