A researcher from our scientific Centre selected for membership of an international scientific conference in France

The series of achievements continues for the researchers of the Upper Euphrates Basin Developing Centre, as the Head of the Human Resources Development Department at the Centre (Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Yaseen Neda), was selected in one of the committees of the Fifth International Scientific Conference tagged: (Citizenship and the civil state between the conflict of identities and human values), which will be held in the French city of Bordeaux for the period 29-30 October 2024, which will be held under the auspices of the French Institute for Arab and Islamic Studies and with the participation of a number of universities and research centres around the world.

The conference refers to the interpretation of the suffering of humanity between the conflict of identities and human values, where the civil state, citizenship, identity conflicts and human values are among the most problematic concepts that include realistic statistical and humanitarian topics that wish for the security and stability of states and human justice. This is what concerns you about its cause and circulation throughout history. The conference includes many topics, the most important of which are related to humanitarian disciplines such as sociology, history, linguistics and others.
