     The director of Higher Euphrates Basin Developing Center, Prof. Dr. Ayad Slaibi Mustafa had participated in the ceremony of Iraqi Science Day which was held in Baghdad on Thursday, 22-09-2016. The director received an award for the postgraduate student who published a paper project a global specialized scientific journal.
