Giving awareness and guidance lectures

In continuation of the research plans and scientific activities of the staff of the Upper Euphrates Basin Developing Centre at the University of Anbar, especially with regard to achieving the sustainable development goals, and with the blessing of God and in cooperation with the Directorate of Education in Anbar Governorate, a team of the centre’s staff was formed to visit a number of secondary schools in Ramadi district, on Tuesday, 5/3/2024,in order to deliver awareness and guidance lectures. Among the topics delivered by the research team to the students were: awareness of some of the goals of sustainable development of the environment, rationalization of water consumption, maintaining safety and public health, as well as aspects of regulating social relations and eradicating poverty, in addition to highlighting the role of our true Islamic religion in achieving most of these goals and basics.
During the visit, a number of scientific leaflets were distributed to the students by the research team formed and assigned to this visit, namely:
