Understanding memorandum between HEBDC and CITA scientific research center in Spain

       The Faculty of Agriculture, the Development Center of the Upper Euphrates Basin and the Desert Studies Center of Anbar University signed a memorandum of understanding for scientific cooperation with the Agrifood Research and Technology Center in the Aragon province of Spain (cita) 20-23/7/2012. The University of Anbar, representatives were; the scientific assistant of the University President. Essam al-Hadithi, professor Dr.. Essam Mohammed Abdel Hamid, Director of the Center and Dr. Adil Khairallah Al-Rawi, representing the Faculty of Agriculture. The Spanish side, Director of the SITA Center, Professor José Vicente Lacasa Azior. The memorandum included several paragraphs: exchange of scientific experiences, visits and publications, application of scientific and dissemination projects, and participation in conferences, seminars, workshops and training between the two sides.
