Providing Terminal Station with Agricultural Seedlings


       With good efforts made by the Director Upper Euphrates Developing Center and in cooperation with the Dean of the college of Agriculture and the Department of Horticulture and Gardens Engineering in the College, the terminal station in Haditha was equipped with several of desert tolerant seedlings called Qatari Alsamar (120 seedlings) and (40 seedlings of Parksonia) which are suitable for desert conditions and animal husbandry. The assistant professor Nowfal Adnan Sabri, assistant instructor Salah Sabbar Thmeel and the assistant instructor Basem Mohammed Mustafa were sent to receive the seedlings and transferred to the district of Haditha to contribute to the improvement of the environment and to stop dust storms as well as to clarify the air and create new green spaces.
