Field visit to Ramadi Sewerage Project

Assistant Professor Dr. Munir Naji Ahmed, Head of the Natural Resources Development Department, at the Upper Euphrates Basin Developing Centre at the University of Anbar, conducted a field visit to the Ramadi Sewerage Project, accompanied by Mr. Abdul Karim Ali Abdullah, one of the members of the Human Resources Development Department at the Centre, and they were received by Engineer Abdul Majeed Al-Sumaidaie, Project Manager, and Biologist Muhammad Nafie, The project manager expressed his full readiness to cooperate in order to bring water samples coming out of the project after treatment to conduct the necessary analyses to judge water quality and directing its use for appropriate purposes, whether agricultural or other, within the team formed headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Hala Arshad Al-Rayes, knowing that the project's water goes to Lake Habbaniyah after treatment and passes through vast agricultural lands adjacent to the project and transported through a waterway prepared for this purpose.
