Within the research and scientific activity of the Upper Euphrates Basin Developing Centre and from the window of academic scientific cooperation between the University of Anbar and international universities, 

Dr Emab T. Abdulghani and Prof. Dr. Isam M. Abdulhameed from our research center was collaborate with Prof Dr Nese Yaman from Dicle University- Diyarbakir-Turkey, in publishing a scientific research on the management of saline irrigation water for the purpose of reducing the water gap under the effects of climate change (Managing the Saline Irrigation Water to Decrease Water Gap Under Climate Changes Effects) in the British international journal For design, nature and environmental dynamics, within the nineteenth volume, the fourth issue of August 2024.

It is worth mentioning that this journal is located within the Scopus database in the Third quartile (Q3) and has a Hirsch coefficient (H-index) equal to 22 in the sjr site and it also has a citation number (site score) equal to 2.1 within the Scopus.
