Dr. Ahmed Taha Yassin, a member of the Upper Euphrates Basin Development Center (UEBDC), moderated the seminar entitled: "Mesopotamia's Civilization and the Role of Water", on Tuesday, 13/12/2022, at the center’s Hall. The seminar was attended by the manager and members of the center as well as a number of guests from the specialists.

The researcher submitted brief explanation about Mesopotamian civilization as it is one of the most important old civilizations in the history, then the discussion reach the role of water in this culture, about Tigris and Euphrates at which this culture was developed. The seminar explains the deity of water in Mesopotamia, yews of worship, and uses of water in this old civilization. Then the discussions and conversation were about historically and scientifically topics in this study.
