Panel Discussion Titled - Polymer Uses in Agriculture

Within the program of the Scientific Committee and in continuation of the scientific activities held by the Upper Euphrates Basin Developing Centre at the University of Anbar as part of the Centre’s plan to develop the skills of scientific research and global publishing of newly appointed researchers, the Centre held a panel discussion entitled: (Polymer Uses in Agriculture), on Tuesday, 29/10/2024, at the central hall of the Centre.
The panel discussion, which was moderated by (researcher Hassan Ali Hussein) from the Department of Natural Resources Development and with the participation of (Assistant Professor Dr. Muneer Naji Ahmed), Head of the Department, included an annotated review of a review research on the importance of the use of polymer in agriculture and its impact on physical, chemical, fertility and biological properties in the soil, and the growth of plant yield, which is a brief summary of a set of published scientific research related to the uses of polymer in agriculture.
The topic of the seminar came from an idea that was presented in the Board of Directors (first session) for the academic year 2024-2025, which invites the centre’s researchers to view a set of research in a specific discipline and come up with a research abstract and then complete a review research in partnership with researchers with experience in scientific publishing, after which the researcher will deliver a panel discussion on this topic in the presence of the chairman and members of the scientific committee at the centre for the purpose of supporting and developing research skills and scientific publishing, and the director of the centre valued The Chairman of the Scientific Committee made the clear effort of the researcher and the Department of Natural Resources Development, expressing their thanks and appreciation, as they are the first researcher and the first department to adopt the idea and put it into practice.
