Participation in the proceedings of the International Scientific Conference (Citizenship and the Civil State between the Conflict of Human Identities and Values)

The Head of the Human Resources Development Department at the Upper Euphrates Center for Sustainable Development Research at the University of Anbar, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Yaseen Neda, participated in the international scientific conference entitled: (Citizenship and the civil state between the conflict of identities and human values), which was held by the French Institute for Studies, Research and Middle Affairs in France, for the period from 24-26/1/2025, the participation came with the research paper tagged: (Judaism between belonging and citizenship in forward-looking thought), where participation was online. The research talks about the life lived by the Jews between loyalty to religious nationalism and the sense of citizenship in the countries that sheltered them, and the impact of religious and racist ideas on their lives and their constant sense of instability and what this state reflected from the view of societies towards them and the state of hostility against them, by Europe in particular, and on the other hand, the research talked about forward-looking thought and its role in supporting the Zionist movement and what had a role in consolidating the idea of a national country on the land of Palestine.
