A research team visits the research station of the College of Agriculture at the University of Anbar

A research team from the Upper Euphrates Center for Sustainable Development Research at the University of Anbar visited the research station of the College of Agriculture in the Al-Buaitha area in the city of Ramadi on Wednesday, 29/1/2025, to see the experiences and research of graduate students (Master and PhD), the mechanisms of applying experiments and the extent to which they simulate reality and the latest developments in scientific research, and the transactions of these experiments were realistic solutions to meet the needs of soil and plants and ration water consumption through the use of sprinkler irrigation and drip irrigation techniques, and the field was also reviewed Experimental cultivation of industrial potatoes after the success of its first season.
This visit comes in order to supervise and follow up on the sustainability of research and studies carried out by the staff of the Upper Euphrates Center for Research on Sustainable Development, which was carried out in coordination and participation with various sectors, and all this is in the interest of developing applied scientific research, whether in research centers or colleges.
