Panel Discussion on (Design of Advanced Water Management Systems)

In continuation of the various scientific activities and events that contribute to achieving the goals and principles of sustainable development at the Upper Euphrates Center for Sustainable Development Research at the University of Anbar, a panel discussion was held on Tuesday, 15/4/2025, in which (Instructor Dr. Saleh Mahmoud Saleh and Assistant Professor Dr. Muneer Naji Ahmed) lectured.
The seminar dealt with several axes, the most important of which were: an introductory introduction to water management, identifying water security in Iraq, explaining the method of designing irrigation networks, and reviewing the most important findings of modern irrigation systems, and a brief presentation of the arithmetic equations of the water needs of irrigation systems was presented, in addition to addressing the impact of salinity on irrigation systems, and presenting appropriate solutions used in modern irrigation systems to prevent falling into problems and providing appropriate solutions, and there was a detailed conclusion of the study. At the end of the seminar, the attendees praised the lecture and interacted with it through questions, interactive participations and discussion with the lecturers, and all questions and inquiries of the attendees were answered.
