Participating in the discussion of a master's thesis at the College of Agriculture, University of Anbar


In the context of strengthening scientific cooperation between university formations and supporting joint research activities, Assistant Professor Dr. Muneer Naji Ahmed Al-Fallahi, a researcher in the Department of Natural Resources Development at the Upper Euphrates Center for Sustainable Development Research - University of Anbar, participated in the public scientific discussion committee for the master’s thesis submitted by the student (Muneer Hatem Raheem Khalaf), in the Department of Soil Science and Water Resources / College of Agriculture - University of Anbar.

The thesis entitled: “The Role of Irrigation Scheduling and Organic Polymer in Water Consumption, Growth and Yield of Cabbage under Surface Drip Irrigation,” which was discussed on Sunday, March 8, 2026, addressed an important topic related to rationalizing the use of water resources and improving the efficiency of agricultural production under modern irrigation technologies.

The discussion session witnessed an in-depth scientific dialogue that addressed the various methodological and applied aspects of the thesis. The discussion committee praised the outstanding scientific efforts made by the student in preparing his study, and the scientific results it contained that contribute to the development of agricultural practices and the enhancement of water use efficiency in modern agricultural systems.

At the end of the session, and following a thorough academic evaluation, the examining committee recommended accepting the thesis with a passing grade, subject to a few minor revisions to fulfill the academic requirements.

Congratulations to the student on this academic achievement, and to the supervisor. We wish them continued success in their academic pursuits.
