Within the directives of the Director of the Upper Euphrates Center for Sustainable Development Research at the University of Anbar, Prof. Dr. Ammar Hatem Kamel, the Department of Human Resources Development, in cooperation with the Center for Continuing Education at the Presidency of the University, held a panel discussion tagged: (Annual Performance Evaluation Form for the staff of research centers in Iraqi universities), on Tuesday, 13/5/2025, at the main hall of the center, in which (Assistant Professor Dr. Muthanna Badie Farhan) lectured in it, member of the center's association with the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance and (Mr. assistant instructor. Saif Saad Mansour) one of the Center's researchers.
The panel discussion included many paragraphs included in the annual evaluation forms in research centers, which need to be documented by the teaching researchers and employees of research centers, especially after the completion of most of these activities during this year 2024-2025, which requires the performance evaluation form to be documented according to the paragraphs in it within the tracks of various research, training and teaching activities, and all the researcher's contribution from permanent and temporary committees and other privileges such as thanks, appreciation and appreciation of efforts, as well as what He did volunteer work, and what is required within the strengths of the performance appraisal form. In the same context, the lecturers urged the need to complete the required in the evaluation form within the time required for completion, when it is officially directed to do so on time and not to delay in delivering the requirements because non-compliance with the delivery time may cause the researcher to lose points for activities he carried out but did not deliver them in time, to hand over the documentation to the authority responsible for evaluation.
At the end of the seminar, the space opened for discussion and many questions and inquiries were raised, discussed and answered.
